A PROVEN PROFESSIONAL
After looking for nearly one year, Brian and Sandy fell in love with a stunning 2-story in White Bear Lake.
Seeing it only as a dream, they felt it impossible for it to one day be their own.
We felt the need to move fast. I helped them purchase the 2-story contingent
on the sale of their rambler. New carpet was installed within days, and the rambler sold in two weeks for $100
under list price. Selling on the high side of the neighborhood, I gave the appraiser many comps
to justify this price tag. The appraisal came in at full price.
The loan consultant we used completed the
complicated financing. Brian, Sandy, Tyler and Reid moved in just before Thanksgiving and celebrated by
hosting their first family Christmas party! It was a special treat for me to help them make their dream a reality.
